“This is such an unusual but very comfortable place. The setting is gorgeous. We loved our stay here! It’s quiet and private but still very close to town. Highly recommend!”

“Check in and check out was very smooth. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and quilts. Very, very clean and fully stocked with linens and the softest beds. A beautiful rest was had by all. We had breakfast and enjoyed our welcome treat on the front porch. Jennafer was amazing and gave us info to find a place to eat and a place to charge one of the cars. We all highly recommend staying here! It was a joyful wedding weekend and this beautiful home was the icing on the cake!”

“Great little place down the street from downtown.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Hamilton. Very clean, well appointed and quite comfortable. The owners have done a great job of updating this house.”

“We loved the home! Very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s a perfect place to stay for visiting MSQC! The local BBQ right next to the home was great!”

“Wonderful stay. Everything you needed was furnished. Very clean. Very comfortable. We lived it! Plan on returning there next time!”

“The place is great! Loved the 2 queen beds! The only thing is you can't really walk to the shops. Worked out fine for us though!”

“The house worked great for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining table was great for eating, doing a puzzle, etc. The beds and linens were very nice. We loved all the quilting and sewing projects throughout the home and the binder telling how each was made or the story about them. The welcome book covered all details. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying here!”

“Our stay in Misty‘s home was remarkable. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable. We would stay there again.”

“Beautiful home within walking distance of Missouri Star Quilt Company. Spacious and comfortable with great parking. Extremely comfortable place for my husband to spend time while I shopped! I would definitely stay here again next time I visit”

“Nice clean home. Easy to find and access it felt safe.”

“Host was very helpful. Met us at property to show us where everything was, etc. The home fit our needs. Probably not a good choice for anyone with mobility issues as there are steps up to the bedrooms.”

“Stable wifi signal allowed solid video calls during my visit so work didn't pile up too much away from home office base.”

“Upon arrival, it appeared that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all. We had to wipe down the interior of the refrigerator and freezer before using. There were also multiple perishable food items left behind. We also noed a torn shower curtain. When we contacted the property manager, the only response was thanks for letting me know. ”

“Wifi stayed steady enough to handle work calls without interruptions or delays.”

“I would choose this place again without thinking twice. The AC ran throughout night keeping it comfortable, laundry services meant we packed light yet stayed fresh on longer trips around Saint Joseph area.”

“There was no microwave or fridge as was claimed when we booked the room. The room was disgusting. The bath tub was filthy. the beds were dirty. Bedding was all stained up. Floors were dirty. We had two queen beds and were given two pillows, one bath towel and one hand towel. No wash clothes. We would not use the bath tub. We had to buy blankets at walmart to lay across the bed just to sleep on it. Our door had the lock broke off it and didn't want to stay shut. I will never book a room in this……
