"We loved our visit!!"

"Loved it! Sparkling clean and bright, right on Lake Winnebago on a long narrow fenced property. It's on highway 45 but set back from the road, and traffic is fairly light as most drivers take the faster I-41. We used the two main floor bedrooms. The beds are queen size, very comfortable, with firm mattresses and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom has a closet. One bathroom is on main floor. We hosted a dinner party for 12 at the long table. "We stayed in this cozy cottage to "experience" sturgeon spearing season on Lake Poygan & Winnebego. We woke one day to the sounds of chain saws cutting ice and then to ATVs zooming on the ice. The cottage was warm, cozy, cute and comfortable with extras like TP, spices, aluminum foil, and trash bags, all very much appreciated. The owners welcomed us with a tray of coffee, snacks, and 2 wonderful coffee mugs. This was a great place to stay."

"It was cozy and plenty of space for our family to enjoy Christmas. Was nice to go for a walk with little to no traffic… relaxing to watch the birdies and water. Great kitchen for cooking and enough seating for all of us. We loved it!"

"Everything about this place was great, exactly as described in the listing. No surprises. Very comfortable accommodations. The working fireplace was a bonus. A few little downsides were... no streaming services and the kitchen lacked some basics for families that like to cook including tea kettle and sharp knives (luckily we brought our own). Other than that we highly recommend you stay here."

"A very nice cottage with fun toys that has all that several adults and couple of kids need to stay for a week. I like that there were plenty of plates, silverware, glasses so we weren't running dishwasher all the time. Only comment is lack of kitchen wash rags and towels. Only a couple of face clothes for bathrooms. Fortunately I always pack several and they came in handy. Generous supply of bath and beach towels.
