“Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ists rustikal und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir wurden toll empfangen. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. Fabrizo hat uns ganz viele Tips wegene Müllentsorgung, Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschickt. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Der Weg zum Haus bis nach Pesaro Zentrum dauert ca. 25……

“Unsere 4 tägige Jugendreise war in dem Haus richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und alles hat soweit gepasst. Meines Erachtens könnte die Küche für 30 Personen, obwohl wir nur mit 20 Leute da waren, besser ausgestattet sein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Fully recommend the apartment. The pool and view are fantastic. We had a lovely stay there. Deborah and Stephan welcomed us at the apartment personally. They were overall friendly and helped us with a lot of good tips for restaurant and nice places to visit. Thanks a lot to both of them and hopefully we will come back.”

Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. ”
