“Beautiful place and close to everything. Didn’t realize that I had to pay for parking though.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, due to the recent renovation, the public area is not very clean. There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work. I set it to 75 degree but the temperature is still 61. ”

“I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler. It was exactly what I was looking for. The area was safe, secure, and quiet. There were several fast food restaurants and a grocery market right across the street. The check in/out process was easy inconvenient. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, everything and working condition, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was king size and I slept well. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very easy check in process. Our king sized room was spacious. The only issue we had is that the down pillows seemed like someone had washed them and they smelled like mildew. The bed was big and comfy, but we had nowhere to put our head for the night. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and really tasty. Next time if we stop here we will bring our own pillows.”

“I liked how it was within walking distance from several things downtown. It also overlooks the river and lots of colors shining at night. Parking was easy, except if there is a hockey or baseball game going on. We ended up using valet parking which worked well. Overall, great place to stay in downtown Toledo. ”
