“這次入住荷蘭的每間飯店 浴室的落水口都塞住、每張床都好軟 、睡不太習慣、清潔也不是很乾淨、但櫃檯人員人很好、我們11點多到飯店就讓我們提早入住、飯店在車站對面、走路4分鐘就到中央車站、床真的太軟、建議不好睡的人 可以選擇兩張床的房型、附近超市、餐廳都很近”

“Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". ”

“RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!”

“Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen. Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing……
