Our room had a terrible stale cigarette smell. Someone checked it out and agreed that it smelled but stated there were no other similar rooms available. The only other room available was more expensive. We were offered to upgrade, but had to pay full price of the more expensive room. I was disappointed by the customer service. In general, the hotel seemed clean but very outdated.

No confirmation email from the hotel after booking with Expedia. But I did call directly and was given confirmation, with my name only! The 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms suite accommodations, were clean and spacious just in need of an update but everything you need is there! We were very comfortable & content, would go back again. Beautiful views of the marina and sand beach

This was an excellent stay. We were in town for an overnight due to a meeting, but were very favourably impressed with the room and the amenities. I† was within easy walking distance of the main street. The room was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were all very helpful. The place is clean. The property and room is a bit tired looking. Need a face-lift. It would be great to have a litte cafeteria. Even a vending machine would have been nice. The shower water pressure is poor. The internet is not strong. TV shows are lagging.
