“We had a nice stay while doing the Borders Abbeys Way, beds were comfortable, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and we also had dinner in the restaurant. The bar was a meeting place for locals which gave it a nice community atmosphere.”

“The guest house is just over a mile from the city centre and I guess you get what you pay for, so on that basis you’re really can’t complain. However, some of the shared facilities could’ve been cleaner and I guess the place hasn’t been decorated this century if you want a cheap place not far from the city centre this is okay but don’t expect anything special. The one good saving grace of this place is that is just around the corner from the Causeway whether there are great pubs and it’s a lot……
