Lovingly called the POOLhaus by guests, this apartment was originally built as a private swimming pool and now offers modern Bauhaus-style living. Smooth walls, architectural concrete floors, and clean lines create a minimalist elegance. Enjoy 60 m² of living space and a 45 m² terrace with designer lounge furniture and a gas grill, perfect for two adults seeking stylish accommodation next to a nature reserve. An open shower, thoughtful lighting, washing machine, dryer, and central technology ensure a comfortable stay.



The apartment is ideal for 2 guests (double bed). A premium sofa bed with integrated mattress is also available, allowing up to 4 guests to stay.
