The staffs are very helpful. I'd arrived to hotel before 8am and they let me had the room earlier. I can rest after long driving.

Stayed in the King room. Was nicely laid out. A little over sanitized but that was helped by opening the window for a bit. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot food was only barely warm. No yogurt or cereal, only oatmeal. Nice to have breakfast but it was limited. That said I would probably stay again.

Terrible room. The air conditioning system was not working right - it was loud and at times even stopped working, making the room very warm, even during the night. Both the shampoo and body soap bottles were empty. The towels were rough to the touch. Worst room we’ve ever had with the Marriott. Definitely will not stay here again. The room was relatively clean and breakfast was good.

The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and grumpy. The breakfast was not very good. But the room was clean and the beds were amazing. Clean property and great pool and hot tub.

Our room lost water in morning (which I nicely reported) and again at 9:00 at that night. After much arguing was given another room. Staff required me to wake up family, have them pack up and move rather than just allowing us to move into new room. Ridiculous since they couldn’t rent it out. Why inconvenience us TWICE. Received no apology from the manager which I asked for. Received no monetary accommodation either.

Not a great stay
The hot water was broken when we got there. Did not get fixed for 3 hours. When it was fixed, there was no water pressure in the sink. We called and it was never fixed. Additionally, the spa didn’t work.

For a one night stay, the property was fine. We checked in late and was very tired. The room was very hot and almost uncomfortable. Even when you turn on the air, it was still warm. The shower was filthy and had dirty footprints all over it. What was most concerning is our room, 123, the door had signs of someone previously breaking into it. You can see it very clearly. Management hasn’t fixed it. Hopefully when they see this review, they will.
