“The management team does an excellent job with communication and responding to issues. The check-in process was very smooth as the team sent detailed information prior to check-in date, which included video instructions. Upon checking in, we noticed the TV and downstairs AC wasn’t working, and someone showed up to reset the breakers within 10 mins. The property is well designed and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“The place is amazing. Host communicates really well, had a couple minor issues with AC controls and WiFi the were fixed very quickly. Location is amazing. Lots of complimentary free stuff (eg disposable ponchos) host left for us. Bonus - pretty good bird watching from balcony. Book with confidence.”

“Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working.……

“Off the beaten path, which is OK, but there is no signage that you are entering the right road. The TV was missing from the bedroom. Couldn’t get our apps to work on the tv in the living room. Shower had some rotting trim. Ethernet cable were just run dangling along the walls. It was clean, and conveniently located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio.”
