“We had stayed in Cottage B before and it was excellent.Cottage A is symmetrical.IT IS PEACEFUL, QUIET, AND WONDERFUL.What a clean, manicured, and fully-appointed residence.We were amazed at how many "little things" were in the house, especially the kitchen. The owners have obviously thought it through and tested staying there.Bravo!”

“This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!”

“We were lucky to find this gem. The perfect location for all things Charlottesville. Owner was top notch to work with all booking and during stay inquiries were quickly and accurately answered. Plenty of space for a couple of two for a long stay. Every appliance needed was there and working well. An abundance of china, glasses, cooking ware and paper products were stocked. Friendly neighbors. Everything well kept in this cottage. Look forward to another stay here in the future.”

“Very pleasant, peaceful and just what the doctor ordered. A quiet get-away that's far enough from civilization but close enough if you want to venture out in the world. The property was very well kept. The only things that need a little tending to is the pool area seating as the the bar seats should be replaced and the grill could use a cleaning. Our host and his sidekick (Steve & Casey) were a pleasure. I would definitely return to this property”
