Huge pool and 400 feet to schooners. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. 1 mile to st. Andrew's state park. Less busy side of the beach. Water views from living room and bedroom. IF you visit pcb then you no this is a special area of the city. Tons of repeat renters for years and years they keep coming back to this fabulous location and pet friendly. Walk to patches schooners Sombreros. Shore shack. Newbies and more. But most of all no walking from car to condo or from condo to beach under 10 seconds to walk from your car to condo or from condo to beach. Open up your back door and there is a large pool 15 feet away. Perfect place to enjoy a vacation without walking for hours a day
