Location is GREAT!

Pros: The location is exactly what we wanted!!! It’s on the beach and close to the pier! The owners were great and communicated even when they were on vacation AND at 2 AM in their location!!!!Cons: Check your SPAM/Junk mail! We missed the required document for Tidewater and had to pay a last minute fee. This was booked last minute, so we probably would have had to pay the additional fee, but we had no idea! The fee is based on the number of bedrooms. I paid for a 3 bedroom, but I think this is technically a 2 bedroom condo. They put bunk beds in the hallway to the bathroom and a curtain as the door. It was fine for our last minute stay. The elevators were not all working. It was random which elevator was working. The pools were FREEZING, even the “indoor heated pool”. We walked around bare footed in the condo the first night and ended up with nasty feet! Probably because we are on the beach but still YUCK! We wore shoes the rest of the stay.

Fabulous stay

This is our 3rd year at Tidewater and we have always enjoyed our stay. Communication with the propery owner was great. The facilities are wonderful and the staff is the best. Ready for our next visit.

Great location

Location was great. Elevator situation on the condo is a bit frustrating. During high peak times, you could wait on an elevator 30 minutes or more. Condo said it had a hair dryer, but we couldn’t find one. Overall experience was good and the location and view was amazing. This condo could use a little decor upgrade. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Beautiful Condo with Great View

My family and I enjoyed our stay. This condo was large enough to comfortably sleep our 9 guests. It was very clean and well maintained. There is a lot to do on the property and we was close to everything…Pier Park was hit. We will definitely stay again. Oh and the food from the property restaurant was very delicious.

It was ok. The stove was nasty. The microwave and stove was broken on the bottom. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to open/close. Very minimal supplies for the kitchen. Maybe this is the norm for condos? The fire alarm test was conducted two days while we were there for what seemed like hours. I was pretty disappointed in the condition of the furniture. My nightstand looked like someone had burnt cigarettes on it. I literally had to dry any clothes 3-4 times to get them dry. The owners were very responsive when I emailed them. I have very limited knowledge regarding renting a condo- so maybe this is the norm?

We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect setting/location…and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Elevators were not at all as bad as many were saying. Busy time of year, so of course there were some waits. But that’s to be expected. Property owner 100% wonderful! Great communication, detailed info sent in timely manner. Working with them was seamless!! The only “negative” would be the cleanliness of unit upon our arrival. Cleaning crew could have done better job in kitchen especially. Our initials concerns were relayed to owner immediately, who again, responded and addressed concerns quickly. We will be back!!

This is an ideal property to take your family vacation!

I have nothing but good things to say about the owners of this condo. They went above and beyond to make sure our family vacation was an amazing and memorable trip. I will definitely be staying at one of their properties the next time we vacation in PCB.

Needs some upgrades

Balcony furniture needs replacing. Some cookware needs replacing. No wine glasses and needs more small glasses also small plates. Ice maker not working properly. The master bedroom needs a mattress cover. Phone listed but not available. We do not have a cell phone for communicating with people in the area. Had some minor problems which the owner took care of immediately.

Unit was not clean.

Floors were sandy. 2nd bedroom sheets were dirty. Kitchen sink was dirty. Several light bulbs were out. Light bulbs were replaced after contacting owner 2 days later. I have stayed at several units at Tidewater. This one was very disappointing.

Your condo was beautiful and it fit all of us very well and the view was amazing

We felt the condo and the resort was very nice. The price was just right and we had perfect weather to top it off. Walking into the condo at first glance was very nicely arranged and organized. Alot of space for 2 families to be comfortable. Having the chairs and beach toys available was great since we drove and it was hard to bring those things. However, being that this is your 2nd home we all took pride in it as if we were at home, I do feel that your cleaning staff didn't exactly do a complete cleaning to prepare for the next guests. You can tell that if the last guests did a decent job cleaning it was left that way. There are no cleaning products for the guests so i would hope that cannot be possibly what the owners would expect. The fridge ice and water dispenser is very dirty, almost like mold or splashed drinks. There was also a used feminine product in the guest closet that surely would have been noticed by a cleaning staff. I know some of these things are minor but knowing that you expect the renters to treat your home with respect as they do, the preparation for the guests should come with the same respect. We had an awesome week in your condo and Panama City Beach was absolutely beautiful. I'd love to come back again. Probably go for a condo on a floor closer to the ground haha!
