See yourself relaxing on our large 9th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. View our designer decorated condo and the exceptional amenities at one of the newest and most upscale resorts in Panama City! Ocean Villa is a 23 story high-rise with two parking levels under the building and a three story parking garage across the street with a covered walk over the road attaching the third floor. This condominium has a large curved balcony overlooking 200 feet of snow white beach.

We are located just 3 blocks from Pineapple Willy"s and only 1 block from Walmart.

Fabulous condo, and Andrew is wonderful to deal with! He provided all the info needed upfront. No annoying check-in/check-out process. Out of all the FL beach condos I have stayed, this is the only one with ample and quick elevators. The balcony on the ocean is dreamy, and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was fantastic! I think this is the best beach condo I have stayed, and will definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for the great vacation Andrew! PS. There was a strong police presence there, and I felt very safe as a single woman.

Dream stay

This property was everything it promised. We loved staying here. The gulf view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was decorated beautifully and the couches and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the elevators. Sometimes we had a long wait time, but one of the three elevators was broken during our stay.

Terrific Accessible Condo on the Beach

The Condo is clean and well decorated. I have to use a wheelchair or a walker to get around and this unit was very accessible. They even have a shower head on a hose. The patio deck is large with seating for at least 8. There is a well built 4 person table and chairs. The table and 4 chairs are a little higher than normal, which is perfect for someone with accessibility issues, but not too high. Another benefit is you are positioned to see over the railing. The owner was always a quick email away if I had any question. He was very helpful. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Perfect Accommodations

My husband and I took our 17 year old daughter and her friend to PCB for spring break. We had a great time! The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included. We loved the large balcony too!

Wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay

We arrived in PCB a few hours before check-in. We were asked not to check in before 4pm because it could possibly upset the cleaners. I’m not sure how the cleaners would be upset when the condo was NOT clean. I have infant children and there were all kinds of crackers and crumbs underneath the couches. The utensils and cooking pans were NOT cleaned. There was hair on the toilets and sand in the bed. We expect to do a little cleaning whenever we arrive at a place to stay, but to have to clean the entire condo top to bottom was insane.

Perfect getaway

This condo was just perfect! It’s in the best location- you can walk everywhere! The owner’s instructions were super easy to follow, it was a seamless process. The condo was beautiful and perfectly cleaned. The beds were a 10/10. The only negative I would say was the water pressure in the master bathroom shower- but the guest bathroom was just fine. We will definitely be back!

Just another wonderful stay in PCB

One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Really enjoyed our time at Ocean Villa. Easy access to get on the road. Shipwreck ltd is right across the street and Surfstyle is right down the road. We enjoyed the little restaurant across the street that had amazing breakfast and coffee.

Awesome condo!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The pictures were accurate, but the condo was even better than expected in person! The best part was the balcony. We used the outdoor seating daily, and you couldn’t beat the view. It was high enough to see everything, but not too high. Elevators were fast. We had a great time! Having the beach chairs set up on the beach right outside was very convenient. The pool area was also very clean.
