THIS HOME IS HOT! Snowbirds are welcome! Sleeps 16! Luxurious 3 Story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 Baths with an awesome 18x22 deck off the 3rd floor. INCREDIBLE describes this home! Amazing views of the ocean and sunsets! Super Nice! 1st floor has a Queen BR with a full bath for those that do not want to climb stairs, it is a great feature. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, come in & make yourself at home. The 2nd Floor has a custom Queen over Queen with a full bath and the Primary BR is a King with a walk in shower & Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy! Primary has a private balcony as well. 3rd floor has 2 single bunk beds and a full size, living area with TV. 18x22 deck to hang out and enjoy visiting or tanning. You must watch the sunsets from this balcony not to mention ocean views as well. AMAZING! There are no other sunsets like what you will see here. This home has a private pool with a BBQ grill in the backyard for you to enjoy after a day at the beach. Come to "Once Upon A Tide" and start making memories!

The beach house was great and accommodated our large group. It has direct beach access across the street making it an easy walk with little kids. The pool was perfect for the kids. Kim was amazing and quick with responding to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

DO NOT STAY HERE..for many reasons. The check- in information was never listed on VRBO and neither was the WIFI information... so we had to call Kim, the owner, to get this information. She texted and asked our ETA and said she would let us know when the house would be ready..but when we sent the ETA she never responded so we ended up having to call to see if the house was ready. Terrible communication. This started a list of complaints. When we entered the house there were VERY WET towels FOLDED under the vanities. We had to dry almost all the bath towels ourselves upon arrival. Kim told us the maid had to leave early because her child got sick BUT who folds WET towels...why not put in the dryer?? No apology from owner. The departure time was listed on VRBO as 11:00 am but the information at the house said 9:00 am. I sent a screen shot of the contract for the house showing the 11:00 am and asked "which is it?". She said it had never been 11:00 am..it is 9:00 am and even though we paid for an 11:00 am check out, we had to be out by 9 am. No apologies on owners part even though it was her fault. The linens all have spots and stains on them. Look nasty. We couldn't tell if they were actually clean or not. Even my Grandkids complained about this. There were no extra trash bags for the kitchen so AGAIN we had to contact the owner...THREE times before she finally brought some by the house. The house is across the street from the beach but what they don't tell you is that it is a VERY BUSY street and the noise at night is ridiculous. It kept all of us up most nights. The house is in need of repair. (Blinds, holes in walls, no ice in refrig, etc) They just want the money and then you're on your own basically. We have rented from VRBO many times with no problems.

Excellent Stay at this PCB House

The house was exactly like it looked in the picture. The backyard pool along with the beach across the street from the property made this house an ideal stay. It was clean, spacious, up to date, and very nice. Would recommend the property and would absolutely stay again if/when visiting PCB.
