“This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. This was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer because the room didn’t have……

“great location with parking. good communication with host. compact but clean with all amenities. Would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely clean comfortable apartment. It is exactly as you see in the photo's. Good clear communication all the way through, easy access and Youcef stayed in touch throughout. The extra little touches made the experience more enjoyable. Tea, coffee,porridge pasta, goodies as well ....amazing. He thought of everything. Very short distance from the bus,train station and centre. Youcef has left beautiful presented information book on pubs, restaurants and things to do etc ...Next time we will bring……

“This is not a luxury house. Cheap second hand uncomfortable furniture, a smelly oven that may not have been cleaned for years (if ever???) and crockery that we needed to wash before we used it. We are not fussy people, but clean and comfortable should be a bare minimum.... Worst of all though was a chirping smoke alarm on the first floor landing, indicating a dead battery. On closer inspection, there wasn't even a battery fitted!! I offered to replace it if the owner couldn't arrange it for……

“Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed. A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were……
