“Wir können die Ferienwohnung durchaus empfehlen. Ausreichend Platz und gut gelegen zum Pool. Kleine Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit des Geschirrs und der Funktionsfähigkeit einzelner sanitärer Anlagen, das lässt sich sicherlich noch optimieren. Bei Ankunft sind wir mit Getränken und einem Imbiss überrascht worden. Vielen Dank!”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Heidi war sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“This is a very high quality rental property with large and nicely furnished living room. It features a large and private enough balcony with a gas grill and a heated whirlpool. It is very quiet. Internet is good enough for high quality streaming. The host is highly responsive.”

“Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Pool ist windgeschütz, groß und sauber. Wir waren hier mit nur wenigen anderen, die man kaum bemerkte. In der Küche kann man super kochen, backen, ein sehr großer Kühlschrank und ein großes Eisfach ist vorhanden. Zwei Supermärkte und eine Busstation 10 m weit entfernt. Wir hatten uns bei ABC Cityräder gemietet und waren damit bestens präpariert, die lange und wunderschöne Promenade bis zu Kings of……

“Peiya Pearl is an excellent base for a Cyprus holiday We have stayed here before and Andreas is a lovely genuine man who will do anything to make your stay good. The apartments are clean, all amenities you need and have glorious views to the ocean. Highly recommend staying here.”

“We had a great time at this property,we were let down 24 hours before we flew out to Cyprus, and I contacted this property and was amazed and delighted that they accepted my booking ,the place is as described, very comfy and very clean , our only problem was WiFi went off at the end of our stay but that was not fault of owner , overall a great place to stay, a lovely walk into harbour area, lovely patio area ,nice and big ,we had pool area to ourselves and would probably like to come back in……

“A six week winter break, first time at this apartment but have been visiting paphos at this time of year for at least 12 years. We love walking and the Akamas area is not to be missed. The bars and restaurants are excellent value and good food and drinks. Supermarkets are good and stock everything. Already booked for next year.”

“It was lovely to have airport transfrers included. Jacquie the manager was there at the apartment on arrival and on departure, very helpful to show you everything. Good location and view, the patio gets the sun all day which is lovely, however its not far from the main road and there's alot of traffic noise on the patio, although not mentioned but perhaps not a problem for some. Beach across the road where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas. Supermarket Lidl next door very convenient and the bus……

“The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. It’s well laid out with superb views. The sun hits the balcony decking around midday and is there until its sets. The apartment itself has all the facilities you would ever need. The internet and tv package was exceptional, and with a giant fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a hot and powerful shower, quiet and efficient air con; all this enhanced our holiday. Communication with the owner was swift and easy through the app.……

“The apartment met all of our needs, beds and pillows were comfortable and aided for a good nights sleep. New sofas were extremely comfortable. Complex is within a 10 minute walk from bar street so close enough to get too but far enough you don’t hear any noise at night. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. All questions and queries answered promptly. A perfect stay for us”

“We enjoyed a week at Artemis Cynthia resort. The apartment was clean and a good size. The pools were lovely and quiet. Check in was easy and the free parking helpful. We walked down to the harbour and to the old town - fine for us but a mile ISH so may put some off. Hot water was an issue (lack of) and the beds weren't great (reported on day 1 but no action or solution offered ). Overall, recommended. ”
