“The villa was just as described. Sarah was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. She was communicative and immediately available when i had any questions. There were more than enough pool towels and bath towels provided, toiletries, and the basics in the kitchen. We didn't cook much, really just used the microwave and fridge. It was great that she had reusable icepacks as well which came in handy for the beach. She also had books and sand toys for kids which was great for us. They……

“Our 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath, with full kitchen was everything we needed. The unit was literally 10 steps from the pool and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant and bar on site was convenient and the location of the property was within walking distiance to all the Paridise Island attractions. An 1 hour walk or 10 minute cab ride got you to downtown Nassau. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Steps from the beautiful beach. Pools were very nice. We had a very nice outdoor patio. The onsite restaurant and bar were wonderful and convenient. We were able to walk to Atlantis and enjoy the casino. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Villas.”

“We had a great time staying at this condo and would highly recommend. The location is perfect -- direct beach access. It was only a 10 mins walk to Atlantis/restaurants. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie board were nice to have. Just note that you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs since it is on the 3rd floor. And the water pressure was very low when we stayed there but the management said they're working on it. “This property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, Our condo immaculate & beautiful. Both bathrooms recently beautifully renovated. We particularly love the quiet location, with security gates surrounding the private villas. The owner was always quick to reply to each & every one of our emails. Beach chairs & cooler included with the rental. Large private outside patio with bar-b-que grill & with table & chairs was our spot for morning coffee, just steps from the crystal-clear pool. We……

“We came to the Bahamas for a family wedding. Sunrise Villa was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed. All the people we meet were very friendly, informative and polite. It was next to the pool and a little walk down to the beach. The restaurant Viola's prices were very reasonable, but their service was a little slow. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend them, and stay there again. There is nothing bad I can say about this place.”

“The place we stayed was perfect. Beautiful beachfront property with enough room for 10 adults. Loved the private beach. It was difficult to get food at times so plan ahead. Violas was disappointing ( we once had to wait 2.5 hours to get fried bar food).”

“#2 is right on the beach! A large 2 story unit painted in gaudy colours but a very adequate place. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoo were provided. Fully stocked kitchen, except for spices. Internet and tv. An enjoyable stay!”

“- Beautiful Home and fabulous foliage surrounding the home and pool deck, well maintained inside and out. Pool was delightful, not heated but refreshing due to outside temperature. One of friend had a horrible allergic reaction to some food. When we called Guest Services for assistance they went above and beyond telling us where to go, gave us GOS directions and very attentive in following up with us a couple times checking on how she was doing.
