A Sweet Studio between Le Marais & Bastille

Located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, between the lively Bastille and Marais districts, this studio for 4 people enjoys exclusive rental and has all the comforts of the ideal place to stay in Paris.

On the ground floor on the courtyard side of a quiet building on rue du Chemin Vert, this 25 sqm studio consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a Queen Size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a separate bathroom.

In order to offer optimal comfort, this apartment benefits from hotel quality sheets, towels and mattresses, a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed wifi, a smart TV and welcoming products.

This apartment is professional rental managed by Pick A Flat. Our team is dedicated to help you with any of your request and is very responsive.

Our office is open from 9:30am to 7pm during weekdays, and 10am to 6pm the weekend. We are of course available 24/7 for emergency.

Good location but this place can’t be safe

There is absolutely no ventilation in this place, the only way to get fresh air in is by leaving the door wide open or a small little window crack on the door that lets bugs in. There are no mirrors in this place except for the bathroom, it felt so sticky, moldy and unclean. I wouldn’t wish a place like this on even someone staying 1 night. I wasn’t even going to write a review but We all got sick after our stay here and I really don’t think this is a safe place to be listing and charging people to stay. All 3 of us absolutely hated everything about being in this place. I don’t even like to write bad reviews but this was just living in grime and dirt.
