Located in Paris, this modern accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area with a second sofa bed and TV. One of the bedrooms is in a windowless basement accessed by a steep staircase.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Oven, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, 2 WCs.
You'll also have excellent public transport links for strolling around the city and its surroundings!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
