“We loved the hotel and its closeness to the BIC, city centre and beach, plus easy car parking which was another £12 but worth it seeing where it is.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, we had no problem changing our room as the first room was very clean but unfortunately had a very stale odour, the furniture was very tired and we also had very noisy people above us. There was absolutely no hesitation in moving us to a lovely suite on the 3rd floor which was unexpected,……

“Our stay was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a balcony to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person.
