Esterillos Town Center shopping center is located in front of the condominium, offering a supermarket and several restaurants.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a charcoal grill, and a patio with a wooden ranch. It also includes 2 banana bikes for transportation, balls and rackets for use on the courts, pool and beach toys for children, a beach cart, and beach chairs.
