“Booking was made for three people and bed linen was provided for two. Reception closes at 7pm and the emergency number was on a board at the closed reception as we all are perfectly aware that it would be there to go and find it?! Why not send that info in the number of emails that we received or have it in every room ? Or why not forward to that number when reception is closed which is 19 of 24 h ? One of the chairs had a dusty footprint on it , so there was no cleaning of that apartment worth……

“We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable, great location. It had two thermostats so we were able to maintain the perfect temperature (we were there on a cold night). Staff was responsive and accommodating. The lift wasn’t working, which wasn’t a problem for us but could have been challenging for other guests. I would have liked having a bottle of water upon arrival. Thank you!”

“Parking was available but not near enough to accommodation, first come first served, and alongside bins where unwanted furniture was left. Also it was under a steep hillside, subject to soil and rock fall in bad weather. The mattress protector, with rubber content made it hard to keep cool enough to sleep. Apart from those two grumbles, we found the accommodation very well supplied with beautiful crockery, very good cutlery (though we could have done with a garlic press..) And a constant supply……
