We stayed at this hotel in the way to Portugal in March and in the way back to the UK in May and we were certainly happy to visit a second time.”

Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. “First the pros: It’s a lovely, newly renovated property, and our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza Mayor. The building and room were charming, clean, and comfortable. The cons: A very big one for us was that the WiFi is weak and spotty. It was difficult to look up information about Salamanca sights online or even do email without interruptions and long waits. One of us had a zoom convo scheduled and had to go to the owners’ other property to use the WiFi there. The other downside is that……
