“The apartment itself is otherwise impeccably clean. However, the coffee maker was full of mold and extremely dirty. In my opinion, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. I find this especially unacceptable because the apartment instructions emphasize how important it is for guests to leave everything clean. It is only fair to expect the same level of cleanliness from the apartment when guests arrive.”
