“All the staff is very helpful, nicely, kindly and sweet. The room is bit, maybe I booking family room, the bed is sooooo big. If I come again, this is my first choice to booking again.”

“Stayed here 2 nights as I was attending nearby Festival. I Called Les the host and he was very accommodating leaving my keys in the safe box. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. The bed was very Comfortable i had 2 really good night sleep here. Bayside is right next to the beach which was a bonus as it was a warm bank holiday weekend. Definitely recommend a stay here.”

“It was great to be able to park and also to sit outside our room. (14)Although, the view is across the car park towards the sea. The room is small but comfortable, especially the bed. The shower worked well, although there is no where to put your own shampoo/ shower gel etc but on the floor. The glass partition to the shower means that the floor tends to get wet. Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work in the room but could be picked up outside room 12! Breakfast was extensive and delicious, in a……

“Very convenient hotel for what we needed. The food was nice and the breakfast good value. The room was a decent size for two of us but small for a family room. TV in the room was slow and difficult to change channels. The temperature control in the shower was broken and set on hot. Just about manageable. Finally, and this is only a problem I guess with the current heatwave is that there was no air conditioning and the window had to be shut at night due to noise from other rooms. All in……

“Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. ”
