"We had a lovely one night stay whilst walking on Gower. Rooms are smartly appointed and comfy, in the evening there is an excellent small plates menu on offer plus ice cream parlour. Popular with locals so had a nice atmosphere, but by 10.30pm the crowds had gone and we had a quiet night's rest. Ideal for Wales Coast path walkers."

The ladies in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and accommodating as was the chef. The breakfast was excellent - good quality and plenty of it. We are more than happy to return again. "

"Bright, clean and spacious room. Located right off the highway but in a lovely green space hidden away. The room was big with a large ensuite. It is a little dated but perfectly kept and clean and absolutely everything you could need - even an iron. Slept really well which is what you need when travelling. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very lovely main lounge area with woodburing stove - great breakfasts with especially great staff too for breakfast and dinner service and Bar on the evening the restaurant was closed. Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter . "The people who run this B&B went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to make sure I had everything I needed. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not ensuite, but was assigned just to me and was across the landing. Two lovely, small dogs greeted me on my arrival: if you are afraid of dogs, this may be an issue. Things to improve? A cafetiere of ground coffee would have been appreciated at breakfast and individual packets of coffee and sugar in room, rather...

"Helen & Matt are first class hosts and The Mill offers a peaceful, relaxed break in beautiful surroundings. As many others have said, breakfast is of hotel quality and freshly cooked to order. For our evening meals we took an easy 11 mile drive to Llandeilo where there were several options. Visiting National Botanic Gardens was easy (once we used a map and ignored SatNag!) and that's an excellent day trip. We rarely visit the same place twice, however, we wouldn't hesitate to return to The Mill...

"Stayed for 1 night and very quiet and peaceful. Room 4 was a goid size but the tv remore was missing and the shower wasnt very warm but very peaceful and bed really comfy ..host was lovely and we had a lovely cooked breakfast so overall i think it was worth the money and we will come again..great place for exlploring..."

"Fantastic location - a hundred metres from the beach . We chose to stay in a chalet because of the beach location. In winter it’s quite a basic living choice - bring your own linen and towels and everything you might need for cleaning your kitchen . Possibly a little overpriced because it is one of the more basic chalets and hasn’t be3n modernised but it’s clean and that counts !"
