Thank you very much for considering my condo for your vacation. My name is KC, and I have owned this condo for 16 years and manage it myself. I live at the condo during the winter months, so this is more than a rental property to me – it is my home.

I am honored that over 185 guests have rated my condo 5 out of 5 stars.

You have my commitment to do everything I can to ensure your vacation is memorable, including having my personal cell phone number which I answer/reply 24x7x52.

From March 1st thru October 31st, your booking will include two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (via Lazy Days Beach Service) - a $50/day value. Lazy Days will set up and take down - you just enjoy the beach.

Access to the building and my condo is via the same 6 digit access code, which will be unique to your stay (most condo's have 2 different codes, one for building and another for the condo).

Emerald Isle is a 17-story luxury high rise on approximately five acres with 300' of beachfront directly on the Gulf of Mexico. My condo is located on the 14th floor. Emerald Isle is the premier property in Pensacola Beach:
• Gulf Front, so no road to cross to get to the beach.
• Walkable to most restaurants and shopping.
• Unobstructed views of the Gulf.
• Private balconies.
• Heated pool and Jacuzzi year round.

My condo features:
• All new kitchen appliances installed in 2022/23.
• Completely repainted in 2023.
• Luxury furnishings.
• King bed (master), queen bed (guest) and queen & 2 twin premium air mattresses.
• Master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• TVs with Roku in master and guest bedrooms and living room (see note below)
• Washer & dryer
• I use the premier cleaning service on the island, BBClean.
• Free parking for 1 vehicle

PLEASE NOTE:
• My condo has blackout roller shades in the Master Bedroom, blackout cellular shades in the 2nd bedroom and 97% light blocking roller shades in the living room.
• All TV's are Roku/streaming equipped with most major streaming services. You may need to use your own accounts to stream, though the TV in the Living Room has Netflix, ESPN, Paramount+, Peacock, Disney and other services logged in. I do not have cable TV.
• A single additional parking registration **may** be available (not guaranteed, it is first come, first serve for the limited extra parking spots) and is $25/night.

Such a beautiful place

My husband and i stayed here last week and it was heaven. We had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for anything more. Well maybe a little counter space in the bathroom but not everyone needs that. We hope to book this condo for many years to come.

Winter break

We decided to get away after Christmas with my parents. This place was close to some of the best food we found and a few shopping places. It was the perfect spot for a nice, quiet, relaxing break.

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins, & sting rays. At night we used a flashlight on the beach and saw crabs. It is located to lots of shops and restaurants. My 3 year old is still talking about the “beach house”

Perfect location

We enjoyed our recent stay very much. It was a our first trip to Pensacola and we will be back. The condo is walking distance to the pier and restaurants and the view cannot be beat. We loved watching dolphins from our 14th floor balcony while having coffee each morning!

Great location, perfect for our family!

This was an amazing location in Pensacola Beach. Right on the water with a great pool and beach access. The space had two good sized bedrooms (one bedroom with an ocean view!) and 2 bathrooms which worked perfectly for my husband, toddler and I. The building was relatively quiet and the condo was very spacious for the 3 of us. KC did a great job providing an incredibly extensive guide for the area and the property and was super communicative through our trip. Check-in was very seamless and overall would highly recommend!

Very Clean

The Condo was very clean with great views. Knute is the best owner we have ever dealt with. There was a hurricane possibly headed to Pensacola during our trip. He kept us updated before & during our stay. He is Johnny on the spot with any issue that might come up.

Great condo and owner

The owner offered up his cell immediately after booking. Just before the trip he let me know the dishwasher wasn’t working. He had someone come hand wash our dishes at the midpoint of our stay and provided two beach chairs for the length of our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. On check in the code didn’t work and he was immediately responsive and able to let us in. Would recommend this condo! Great place to stay and super helpful owner!

Amazing Gulf Front views!

The condo has amazing gulf front views from the living room and master bedroom in addition to the large patio. The patio has a table and chairs to eat your meals or have a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing views. We saw dolphins in the mornings from the patio. Knute was very friendly & responsive to all questions. The pool and beach were great! The condo is in a good location and is gated with a code so liked the security. The pool access from the beach also required a code too which was only for guests. We had a great time!

Beautiful Condo. Spectacular Views.

We (five family members) had a wonderful time at KC's condo It was the second time for us staying at Emerald Isle, but the first time in this unit. We found everything we needed in the unit and the views were spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed, the Living Room comfortable, and the beds were very good. I don't usually sleep well away from home, but had no problem at the condo this past week. Emerald Isle is on the beach, and close to many restaurants and shops on Pensacola Beach. Not far from historic downtown Pensacola (patronized a couple of restaurants and breweries there, too) or the airport. Communication with KC was exceptional and helpful before and during our stay. Gated and secure parking, building and pool area was a plus.

Great experience

We were in town for baseball spring training/spring break. KC was wonderful to work with. He provided extra information for the condo and surrounding area. He promptly responded to all of my questions about the area and was very easy to work with. He provided one code to all the doors instead of multiple codes that some of our friends had (different owners but same building). The condo itself was nicely decorated and was very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking/meal prep. There were enough towels and bedding provided along with additional sleeping options. The building itself was within walking distance to just about everything. We will definitely consider returning.

This property was dated and needed to be painted. Had stains on the walls and ceilings. Had no area in either bathroom to place make-up or toiletries so they had to stay packed - even during use. Patio furniture was old and worn. Had only one working elevator for 17 floors of 136 condos, so the wait for an elevator was long and crowded. Only had three luggage carts and they were in high demand, so the wait was long to get one. Other than that, it was OK.

First blended family beach vocation - SUCCESSFUL

We all had a great time. The property was amazing, well kept, and just as advertised. The staff members of Emerald were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. This was our first Vrbo experience. It was easy and not stressful. The owner of the property was professional and personable. We cannot wait to book this property again!
