“Vraiment un endroit très bien malgré un extérieur un peu incertain au premier coup d’œil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, propres et très bien organisées, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même une petite buanderie au sous-sol. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et si j’avais à revenir à Linz, je retournerais à cet hôtel!”

“There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.”

“L'hotel è molto carino e in posizione comoda al centro (poche fermate di metro). Il personale è eccezionale (molti sono italiani e il loro calore fa la differenza). La colazione è buona e ricca, le camere sono grandi o e sono molto ben pulite: ottima esperienza. Lo consiglio.”
