“We wanted to get away for a quiet 2 day vacation, and this cabin surpassed our expectations. The weather didn't totally cooperate but we had a great time exploring collingwood, the wineries, cideries and breweries. The cabin is fairly isolated and we loved sitting on the porch and just looking out at the pond and the fantastic view. If we are able we want to go back in the summer when the weather will be better.”

“Just want everyone to know this is a basement suite! But it is very large. No one stayed above us during our stay. The owner was super easy to communicate with and contact. Lots of room. Tons of games and things to do if you bring children. Definitely a great stay for summer as well!!! Would definitely come back for a summer stay on the water. 9/10 experience”

“We were a group of 14 extended family members who stayed here for 2 nights 3 days. Property was excellent, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need. We did have to use 2x of the provided air mattresses and pull-out sofa's to make enough beds for all of us - everyone was however very comfortable. The views from inside or on the deck are amazing, couldn't get enough of it! The rocky beach does make it a bit challenging to get in and out of the water especially for younger kids……

“Stayed at this cottage for a 3 night getaway. Since the cottage is only 2 years old, everything is new, clean, comfortable and very bright. Great location right on the water, which made it a great spot to watch the boats go by, and spectacular sunsets. Grocery store and Walmart are only 5 minutes away, as are other stores, and restaurants.”

“It is very nice for family and friends. We enjoyed our stay! It would be much better if its summer. Our friends and family enjoyed it so much even the kids enjoyed here too. The people from the office are so nice and very accommodating. But if you have kids that are very loud, just be mindful as the walls in between are not that thick. Someone knocked on our wall when the kids were screaming. But all in all, it is a good and very nice place to stay for families!”

“Beautiful little cottage on the water. Hosts have thought of everything including maps of the area, local restaurant menus, wood for the fire pit and everything you would need in the cottage. It is clean and nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will plan to visit it again ourselves.”

“This is our second time staying at Sandpiper and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Staying here is about location, location, location. The cottages are no frills however you have the beach at your doorstep and easy access to everything that Wasaga has to offer. Love staying here and I am sure we will be back again soon enough.”

“The property is brand new only 3 months in operation as of May 2024. Room is well equipped with small kitchen including Cook top, microwave, dishwasher, condo size fridge with freezer. Enough pans and utensils for 2. Coffee maker but go to the lobby for much better brew. Or if you want a Timmy’s fix it is right across the street. Overall the room is small but extremely comfortable. We had an extremely comfortable king size bed and a reclining chair. Great size washroom with nice glass door……
