“We had a wonderful 12 days at Villa Balmoral, Sharon and David,who were caretakers while Fraser and Louis were back in the UK , went out of there way to help us during our stay and told us where best places were to eat, visit etc and they were spot on , would definitely recommend hiring a car to see the beautiful views that this corner of Cyprus has to offer We had a brilliant holiday so thanks to all involved with Villa Balmoral”

“Not modern building but we like location and big swimming pool and location is quiet. Recommended to have hire car to drive around Peyia , Coral Bay and Pafos. We do not watch TV , English TV channels do not have subtitles for deaf. Peyia fish and chips shop is the best takeaway food.”

“we hadden het niet beter kunnen wensen. Een zeer fraai ontworpen villa met alles wat je op vakantie wilt binnen handbereik. Goede bedden en een zeer rustige omgeving. Prive zwembad en jacuzzi, grote BBQ. Ruime keuken koel/vrieskast, magnetron, wasmachine en vaatwasser, al was die laatste wel een mini-variant en maakte niet altijd goed schoon. Buiten dat was het enige 'nadeel' dat het hier zo goed toeven was dat we eigenlijk weinig behoefte meer voelden om erop uit te gaan. Gastheer was zeer, en……

“The villa was perfect for our fifth visit to Cyprus. The location is great, lovely and peaceful yet close to the beach, town, shops and everything you need. Spotlessly clean and with absolutely everything you need for a week away, with a lovely large kitchen and fantastic outdoor area. The rooms are all large and light, with comfy beds. The pool was spotless and perfect for the kids who swap every morning.”

“Was a lovely one bedroom apartment, views were stunning. Had everything you could need for a break away…. Stayed here for 29 nights and kitchen had all utensils and dishes required for preparing a meal if you wanted to rather than always eating out. Had to contact manager for a couple of queries and all answered and dealt with extremely quickly and resolved. Only suggestion is to put the actual street name in google maps as the co-ordinates provided took us 1 mile away and as it was 1am in the……

“Delightful well-equipped villa with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Many places to eat within a short distance by car. Martin and Jules were on hand to give advice if needed but all the information we required was in the information pack so could just relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming pool. Excellent introduction to Cyprus, can highly recommend!”

“We were the first checked in after they refined and reopened. Even though still unfinished refining… Was excellent service from all of staffs. Really enjoyed staying,all smiling faces especially Katerina, Alex, Aristos,Roshan,Andrea…Agatha..pool attendants..all were very diligent and organized workers..and sorry can’t remember all staff’s name. First impression of Cyprus is really unforgettable. Would really love to stay if our holiday in Cyprus again. Hopefully more warmer weather……

“An amazing stay in a wonderful villa. Everything was as described and Jon the villa manager was extremely useful and supportive, a knowledge of everything in the area. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Plenty of room for all. Extremely clean. Fun games room and a wonderful pool and bbq area. The villa is very remote so knowledge of the area is useful however we managed as Cyprus first timers (thank god for Google maps).”
