Property Details This 4 bedroom home is 3131 sq ft. featuring a game room and a very spacious layout. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
Sleeping Areas Bedroom 1 w/a King size bed Bedroom 2 w/a queen size bed Bedroom 3 with 2 single size beds Bedroom 4 w/a queen murphy bed
Common Areas Kitchen, Living Room, Game room, spacious backyard with seating area. A fully stocked laundry room, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge plus tax.
Parking The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed. Garage parking is not allowed RV/trailer Parking is not available.
Entertainment TVs Twin Bedroom – 44” TV Queen Bedroom – 40” TV Office – 45” TV Living Room – 45” TV Master Bedroom – 80” TV All TVs are equipped with live streaming and Roku. Guests may need to provide their own logins for streaming services.

Pool/Spa Pool/Spa Heating optional with fee
Pool Heater POOL **** Note: swimming pool/spa are not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool or spa option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $50/night plus tax and fees for spa only or $75/night plus tax and fees for pool and spa (pool and spa combo option requires a 1 week minimum purchase) added on to your reservation cost. We want guests to understand this home`s pool setup in order to better set expectations. The pool and spa are connected and so the two can heat together to the temperature of the pool but in order to heat the spa to a hot tub the pool can not be heating at the same time. For spa option guests please let us know the times of the day you would want the spa on (i.e. morning from 7-9am, evening from 7-10 pm) so that we can create a schedule for it to run during those times. It will not be heated 24/7 during your stay. spa/pool heat is optional, additional fees will be added to the reservation. Please reach out so we can confirm pool/spa heat.
Pet Policy Pets are NOT allowed on this property A $250 penalty fee will be charged if there is any evidence of a pet on the property.
EXPECTATIONS & POLICIES We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Max of 8 of guests allowed. Additional guests above 8 up to the max are an additional fee. No overnight guests.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc.
Noise Policy Noise ordinance set in place between 10pm-8am LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Cleanliness Policy We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Superstitious Mountains. Saguaro Lake, the Salt River and more.
If you are going to be traveling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.
The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house, including the private backyard with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a private pool. Inside, enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and comfortable living spaces. You'll also have access to free parking on the premises.
The Neighborhood: Quiet family residential neighborhood located in Mesa. Travel/Points of interest Just minutes from downtown Mesa. Things to do: (golf course, shopping, dining, etc.)
Getting Around: We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and we can let you know average drive times.
Other Things to Note: Booking policy: 50% due at booking time 50% plus refundable damage deposit due 15 days before if your reservation is over 30 days.
