Desk was friendly. Server at dinner was the absolute worst! Extremely rude. Room was clean. Shower door doesn't seal and water goes everywhere. Beds very hard. Great pillows!

The hotel was great!! The cleanness of the room, staff was polite, the whole decor and set up of the hotel is so fresh, oh a the easy interface in to the building. Everything was awesome.

Hotel Valley Ho
We loved our stay! We wish we would have gotten the suite we thought we booked, also we were unaware of one of the pools being shut down for the holiday - but overall we had an amazing time! The staff is so friendly and all smiles.
