“There is no elevator. If you require one—call ahead to make sure you are on the ground floor. Our TV didn’t work, and at 7:30 when we checked in the tech staff had gone home. The restaurant closed by 9, when the posted hours said 10. Breakfast was great and everyone was as kind as they could be.”

“This has become my go-to hotel for my weekly stays in Pierre. The rooms are clean enough and comfortable, and there is at least one staff member I am always glad to see. Unfortunately, however, during my most recent stay, May 18-19, I forgot a black, leather skinny belt in one of the bureau drawers of the room I was checked into. By the time I realized I had forgotten my belt, it was gone, with at least two hotel employees, one of them apparently being the manager, informing me that housekeeping……

“The Staff was nice, breakfast awesome but at night there was a loud humming and we found leftover food with ants crawling out of it around the base of the bed! We also found trash and a big used zip tie under the couch, the pool had so much chlorine it turned out suits from blue to brown and there were young girls swimming in their panties meanwhile a known sex offender had a poolside room. I felt very uncomfortable having my granddaughter there honestly will not be staying there again.”
