This is a roach motel that even the roaches have moved out of…zero heat in the pool area, got a thermometer, the pool water was a whopping 42.6 degrees…room was unclean, something splattered all over desk/dresser, chair was full of crumbs, and there was actual feces on the bathroom wall! When I brought pictures down the the front desk (after waiting 10 minutes for anyone to answer the phone because they were away from the desk) they looked at me like I was crazy…left immediately, didn’t stay for the the rest of the nights I paid for, and am awaiting response from Expedia about getting my money back.

Property is badly in need of updating... paint in the bathroom was peeling; lots of bumps, dings, holes in the walls that need to be repaired; drink machines in breakfast area out of order; coffee machine in the room was sketchy; train runs right by motel - 4 am horn blasting all the way past the hotel. Beds & pillows were good though!

Total disaster. Parking lot was not clean off of snow, no heat in the pool room, so door was propped open to hallway which is also a safety hazard. Room was dirty, hair and bugs esp in the corners, tv remote no back cover, paint peeling and splotchy, bed broken and had stuff underneath, microwave door difficult to shut, no chair in room. We were booked for two night, but left and went to a different hotel for the second night. Also completely overpriced. Almost $300 for the two nights (one of which we spent elsewhere).

No heat and Cockroaches
The first room we checked into had no heat. Front desk worker told us that we just had to wait for it to warm up. 30 minutes later, we finally requested a new room since the heat was still not working. We woke up in the middle of the night to find cockroaches running on our bed and on the floor. We will never stay here again.
