“We loved our stay at Eagle’s Nest - Main House. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and there were also plenty of entertaining things to do. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The kids loved the pool, which was one of the biggest draws for us. The house was stocked with a lot of beach towels, it was nice to not have to bring our own. The property was big and we had quite a few scavenger hunts and a fire w/smores. “The first thing I noticed was the entrance. Dirty, peeling painted chairs and a huge pile of some metal pieces stacked up on the corner. Back and front entrances looked liked they hadn’t been swept all summer. Dead, overgrown weeds all around the house. Walked in and the musty smell was overbearing. Couldn’t open windows because they were painted shut. It is basically a demo house waiting to happen. I had to get a different place to stay. Don’t waste your money. ”

“Truly a great place to stay. The host was amazing and accommodating to our large group. The checking-in and out details were comprehensive and easy to follow. We also loved the screens in the kitchen that shared travel details, VRBO rules, and wifi. Everything was easy and accessible. Excited to hear about them adding a wedding venue on the property soon! Such a cool place to stay and so close to the lakes!”
