“Our extended family had a great stay at this condo and complex. The beds were very comfortable and, of course, the kids LOVED the fantastic bunk bed and kids room. There were some books, toys and games that they enjoyed. We also utilized the BBQ and kitchen. Lots of towels and not an onerous check-out process. There was a playpen, as well as extra beds and bedding. One complaint was that the master shower drain was extremely slow and made it unusable.”

“The unit was very spacious. But we had a few issues, we called about. After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning. The problem was fixed, but the next day the smoke detector kept chirping. We called about it, but didn’t get any response. We finally removed the battery. We were hoping for better communications with the property manager.”

“We had a nice little escape! Everything inside was comfortable and clean. Inviting and homey decor although it does echo. At night you can hear children from lower floors running around and can make you question if your hearing things. The pool was nice and warm. Hot tub was great as well. We did manage about an hour completely to ourselves. It does get pretty crowded later into the evening. Location is perfect!!! Short drive to all the fun around St. George! DoorDash and other delivery……

“Great location. Lots to do around property. Very clean and nice place. Beds were a little hard for my family. Also i asked if there was bbq grill and i was told there was not. There actually is a bbq grill and was not happy that i wasted space in my car to haul a grill when i didn't need to.”

“The property was as pictured. It was clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. There was more than enough utensils, it was close to the freeway and was in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I could say negatively would be the check out "to do's" differ from email to text to whats posted in the house. But I would definitely stay again!!”

“Older buildings on the property were getting worn down. Pool table had a big rip in the felt. Everything was working. Roost kitchen had a water seal leak if you used the faucet in the sink, needs to be repaired.”
