"Clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast"

"The breakfast was really good and filling with lots of options. The room was meh at best, bathroom and carpet needs a remodel and deeper clean. The bed is comfy and pillows great but the carpet and couch are really old and gross. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone's personal conversations and we were below a group of people that sounded liked they would fall through the ceiling with every move they made. "

"Breakfast menu was good. The staff was good and helpful although due to rush time, they had shortage of staff. The room condition was okay, not vacuumed properly, bedding/sheets weren't changed even after requesting. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit, had somewhat skicky flooring. "

"We visit St. George at least 3 times a year. Have always wanted to stay near the Historic District. This was the sweet spot in the middle. Nicely renovated property, great beds, helpful staff and in walking distance of so many fun shops and great place to eat! Fun pool for families! Highly recommend this place. We’ll be back :)"

"The rooms were a good size and had all the extras we needed. The breakfast was first class. The only thing I didn't care for was the darker decor. Many hotels have gone to a lighter and brighter theme and it is very uplifting."

"Room was large and clean. Having a mini fridge and microwave was very convenient. Although I didn't use them, there was washer and dryer on my floor. The location was very convenient to Zion, restaurants, and supermarket."

"Room was clean, facility was in good shape, pool need much attention, spa water smelled, no enforcement of rules. Kid was literally using spa as a restroom, staff didnt do anything. Had tonwait for pool towls. Room was clean missing towels. Breakfast well lets say health dept would not approve the temps for warmers. Still a good place for a quick overnight trip. "
