“Our handicap accessible room was well laid out and easy for wheelchair access. However the floor in the bedroom was so smooth that it was slick and slippery. Also the doorway threshold into the bath was high and was difficult for the wheelchair to cross. Great chairs in the walk-in shower!”

“There was a light in the bathroom that was behind the light fixture. It came on when the light was turned off, but flashed. This is bad for people with epilepsy, so we just closed the door and left the light on. There were also small black ants in the kitchenette area. The staff were very responsive and took care of problems right away. They even offered to move us to a different room. ”
