“Perfect for our littles, the house is right on the water. Great location, clean house. We told the host we had trouble with AC they came over to install another window unit. My daughter got sick and they answered the phone immediately to suggest a local urgent care. Very responsible, respectful of our privacy and a lovely house. We would stay again.”

“Carole and Marianne were gracious hosts; friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable - and having the woodstove started and waiting for us was a nice plus! The Farm is a great property and we enjoyed watching and interacting with the cows. A great trip for our group!”

“Incredible place, host was extremely thoughtful in providing extras for guests that was appreciated. Has everything you need and more. Highly recommend.”

“The main reason for booking this place was the animals and the option to reserve a trail ride or private yoga class. I message the host, Patty several days before our arrival to schedule in advance. Patty never got back to me with a day & time for the trail ride and yoga class. In fact, I messaged her 2x and even though she responded to my messages before our arrival and during our stay she claimed not to have seen my message. On the second day of us being there, she responded with “sorry didn’t……

“Very cool cottage newly renovated! Comfortable bed, hot shower and full beautiful kitchen!! Will def return!”

“Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. ”

““Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it.”
