The only slight downside was that the appointment was not ready for check in at 4pm and my 80 year old father struggled having to wait that extra hour in the Cannes heat.”

The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com……
