(Allrad sehr vorteilhaft. Besonders bei Schnee und Vereisungen) Die Wohnung selbst war ok. Wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil Renovierungsbedürftig. (Eckbank und Tisch) Und man keine eigene Wohnungstüre hat. Die Privatsphäre wird trotzdem geschätzt....
