“Overall the place and amenities was nice. The concern was cleanliness. There was so much long hair from another person ( both my husband and I are bald) that we had to clean the toilets, sinks, shower, etc and still didn’t get the floor which was really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was incredible and the the experience otherwise was great; my hope is they just forgot to sweep and clean the bathroom a little more.”

“Property was clean and well maintained. Stairs to upstairs apartment are fairly steep so not ideal for people with mobility issues.”

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, I had to reach out to request the door code because it hadn’t been sent automatically. It also took some time to locate information about the property since……

“This cozy place was wonderful to stay at with family. They said it was like staying at GranMa’s house . It was centrally located to so many places we wanted to see. The grocery stores were convenient too. We will be back.”

“The Itty Bitty Inn was a perfect stay for my sister and me. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a very nice coffee cart, and the home was spotless. It is in a quiet location that has access to stores and restaurants within a short walk or drive. The Inn is close to a very pretty state park with opportunities for kayaking and other outdoor activities.”

“Very beautiful property, reasonable price, clean & stocked home with hot water & a sauna! Very fast communication & friendly, accommodating hosts. Everything we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. Thank you!”

“This is an amazing VRBO! The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, organized and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean and welcoming! The treehouse and screened in porch were wonderful! The location had easy access to trails and a really quick drive to Jay Cooke for more trails. We were able to work remotely with great internet service. Our stay was in July, but we would also love to stay here over the winter months with close access to……

“The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice.”

“The property was immaculate and adorable. It was very comfortable for our family while we enjoyed the Duluth-Superior area. Everything from parking to heating/cooling was clearly communicated and easy to follow. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.”

“The communication and check in process was fantastic. The house was very spacious in a lovely neighborhood!”

“Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is……

“Great property”

“My son and daughter, and their children, ages 9, 11, 13, and 16 all had a great time at this VRBO for 5 days. There was space for everyone to be together, and space for them to do things separately or in separate groups. It is ideal for a large group. The appliances and furnishings are of high quality and we had no issues with anything.”

“I found it very comfortable and well appointed, and easy to get in and out. None of the hallway noise that you can get in a typical hotel.”

“Clean, Quiet. As expected”

“Loved staying here! Very nice house and fit our family perfectly. Would stay here again!”

“Very unique property, still some kinks that need to be smoothed out with the house but with it being a new rental that’ll happen. Host was very helpful with any issues and quick to reply.”
