“Fantastic stay , will definitely be coming back , the owner couldn’t help enough, great stay”

“We had a great few days, thank you so much staycation holidays. Looking forward to our next stay with you in st Agnes”

“A last minute stay was made so comfortable in Adam’s cabin. Quite, warm, spotlessly clean in a location that made walking to see my daughter and access to the town centre so easy. Adam was very prompt in replying to questions and very accommodating when I had to change my visit at the last minute. Would stay again.”

“we had a lovely time staying at LIttlefields. The property, especially the main kitchen, dining and entertainment area was perfect for our weekend away- for cooking, relaxing in the hot tub and long lunches and dinners. The location was easy, a little far from the town centre on foot, but not bad. A few small issues- the dryer didn't work properly and the kitchen lacked soem essentials like tea towels and enough cutlery for the four adults, but all in all a great stay.”

“We had a lovely weekend stay at the property - the property was very clean and there was a cream tea waiting for us which was a lovely touch. It had everything we needed and the owners were on hand if we needed anything.”

“Lovely quaint cottage, full of character, with the bonus of a quiet garden overlooking the countryside. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host has left lots of information for you to enjoy your visit and even left us a lovely cake! Just be aware it is a very narrow road to get to the cottage”

“This is a perfect location and great views. Very quiet bedroom. Terrific way to visit Exeter.”

“Beautiful place, clean & very spacious! Host was responsive to messages, cannot fault them! Only a short walk to the beach so was perfect for a mini girly weekend away!”

“A beautiful old farmhouse with a lovely large garden in a lovely area. We enjoyed ourselves and the property was very clean and well presented. A minor issue (shower fell apart in one bathroom) was resolved quickly and with no fuss or question. We all felt a few more consumables would have been provided for a property of this size and quality. Many others we have stayed in over the years have provided a few bin bags for example (we were given one spare) and we had to move light bulbs about when……

“We had a lovely week stay here! The house was well deorated and very clean with friendly & helpful owners. Perfect location for exploring both coasts. Thanks Sue, we'll definitely come again x”
