“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

It is beautifully maintained and tastefully renovated while preserving the charm and character of an old Veronese house. The property is spotless and provides all the amenities you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. But what truly makes this place special is the host, Mathia. He is absolutely outstanding. 皮亚诺热门酒店点评

朱丽叶与罗密欧酒店

朱丽叶与罗密欧酒店

10/10 优秀
"Living at Hotel Giulietta e Romeo can feel their heart of welcoming guests and providing exceptional hospitality. The girls are very helpful when I lost the room card and explained to my concern very clearly. The breakfast was amazing which offered a wide variety of food like 5-star hotel. In my opinion, eating well at the morning is very important as it will definitely bring you a good vibe and pleasant mood to start exploring the city, Hotel Giulietta e Romeo fulfilled us on that. I would recommend to stay here again, it is worth the price."
