“Polished but incredibly friendly staff made the stay for us. Excellent waitress in the lobby restaurant, fast and friendly checkin, personable Caesar and door staff. The staff sent a bottle of champagne and cake for my partner’s birthday which was so special - thank you! Fantastic location. The hotel’s renovations are beautiful. The bed linens although clean were super stiff, and the only negative about the stay. 10/10 experience. ”

“The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed. It was incredibly comfortable, with soft bedding sheets that provided a luxurious feel. I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room, and it was great to find that it actually maintained the water cold. The spaciousness of the room was another positive aspect. While my room had a functioning air conditioner that worked well, I was disappointed to hear that some of my friends were assigned rooms without air conditioning. This could be a……
