“Nous avons choisi cette hôtel pour une arrivée tardive avec le check in automatique. Hotels.com ne nous a pas communiquer le numéro de réservation , il a fallu appeler. Ensuite l'enregistrement est très long. Ca redemande des infos que hotels.com a déjà. Pour la chambre, la climatisation a bien vécue. Elle fait un bruit d'enfer pour un mince filet d'air frais. Les abords de l'hôtel sont très sales. De nombreux déchets jonchent le sol. Sinon les chambres sont propres. ”

“Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. The room is just ok large enough for me to open my two very large luggage, but still clean and comfort. Overall it is good value for money. I……

“This an exceptional place that we recommend very vividly. We spent a beautiful 4 days with two teenagers. The pool made them happy and it was a perfect base for visiting the Castles of the Loire, quite close to Chenonceau, Villandry, Amboise and Azay-le-Rideau among others. The staff is also very nice and accommodating, they started writing to us a few days before our arrival to make sure it went smoothly. Only great things to say about this place!”
