"A lovely little hotel for our first night in Croatia. We wanted a place not too far from Zadar airport on the way to Plitvice. The hotel was perfect as it is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and furnished to a high spec though a chair would have been appreciated. We had time for a lovely walk along the river to a waterfall then enjoyed an excellent pizza and beer at the hotel overlooking the river. The drive from the hotel to Plitvice is stunning."

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes. "Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. But hotel has what's the most important, people at work that are amazing team. Animation team, reception, everyone else, super friendly and attentive, especially with our little boy. Big tnx!"

He told us of all the places to visit in his area as well as other places that are a must see on our visit throughout Croatia. He was cheerful and informative. The service and the staff at the restaurant were the best I have had on my travels throughout Croatia. I give this hotel a 10/10. "

"The hotel was 20 minutes from downtown Zadar. 20euro taxi. We did not know it was all inclusive, but we did have a nice dinner. Unfortunately the lobby juice, bee and coffee machines were locked when we tried to go. We walked a lot, around the waterfront and in what is solely a residential area. At the entrance of the property was a bus stop to downtown. The people at the desk were all very nice. Quick easy check in and out. A nice pool."
