"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

The property is on the fifth floor and the lift is small and old but it works perfectly fine and we had no issues with it. The room was light and airy with a huge window.
