“The stay was generally pleasant, with good service and hospitality. However, the coffee machine was not functioning during our entire two-day stay, and unfortunately, it was not repaired during this time. There was also no backup machine available, which added unnecessary inconvenience to our stay. On the contrary, when we ordered soft drinks as an alternative, we were charged for them. “Location was great, apartment was nice. But, we only had AC for one day. It was broken till our check out. It was extremely hot at night, we keep waking up with headaches. Reported the issue several times. There was horrible sting of sewage from bathroom. No drawer set or shelving in rooms. Had to live from suitcases. When asked about it, I was told that I should have looked at the pictures. .”

“The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.”

“Alles gut. Die Zimmer sind modern, bequem zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein modernes Studentenwohnheim mit gehobener Ausstattung. Es liegt zwar nicht in Zentrum, man kann aber mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten in die Altstadt fahren. Dafür ist es näher zum Strand. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super.”

“It was nice place, very well decorated and 6/7 minutes from the strip. Spacious, large windows that open, bedroom, shower and tub and pull out couch which wasn’t made before arrival like a hotel (just fyi) 2 adults and 2 kids. Fridge, stove and oven on site Key pickup is at the property management place few minutes away and same for drop off. Waste bin sorting is 100PLN if you don’t do it yourself but it’s not in English so not sure where to put stuff as it’s outside near the street. 2nd……

“Auf den ersten Blick schien alles perfekt, doch bei genauerem hinsehen gab es dann doch ein paar Ecken hinsichtlich Sauberkeit. Der Hausflur war von Freitag bis Sonntag voller Sand, was auf den Treppen Rutschgefahr bedeutet. Im Hausflur fanden sich nicht gebrauchte Gegenstände (Kinder-Stuhl, Wc Sitz und Tritt), welche man im vorhandenen Schrank unterbringen können. Hinter dem Schrank eines Zimmers fanden sich Handschuhe.
