"The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!"

"The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away. There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night. The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though. Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is very closed to the central station, 2 mins walk, easy to find and the street is safe. Only 10pm one train to Venice. Restaurants, cafe and supermarkets are also within walking distance. The owner is super friendly. I will choose this place if I come back again. "
